Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

📋 Enrolment & Selection

a) Disclosure of Support Needs

Learners are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or learning needs at enrolment to allow Wyatt Education Group to provide appropriate support and reasonable adjustments.

b) Deposit & Enrolment Confirmation

To confirm enrolment, learners must pay a deposit which includes a non-refundable administration fee. This secures a place in the course as per published enrolment procedures.

c) Course Schedule Responsibility

It is the learner's responsibility to note the advertised course schedule, including start date, location, and delivery format.

d) Course Cancellation

If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, Wyatt Education Group will contact affected learners using their most recent contact details.

e) Deferral & Transfer

Learner requests to defer, transfer, or credit their enrolment due to personal circumstances will be considered where possible.

f) Withdrawal

If a learner withdraws due to personal circumstances, Wyatt Education Group will make every effort to facilitate enrolment in a future equivalent course.

g) Late Enrolments

Late enrolments may be accepted provided all entry requirements are met. Full course fees still apply.

h) Right to Refuse or Withdraw

Wyatt Education Group reserves the right to refuse enrolment, withdraw a learner from training, or reallocate training staff where required.

💰 Course Fees, Payments & Refunds

a) Fee Disclosure

Details of all fees — tuition, enrolment deposits, administration, materials — are outlined in the Course Flyer or relevant pre-enrolment materials.

b) Fee Protection

In accordance with fee protection requirements, Wyatt Education Group will not collect more than $1,500 from an individual learner prior to course commencement.

c) Certification

AQF certification documentation will be issued to learners who are assessed as competent. These costs are included in the overall course fee.

d) Refund Circumstances

  • Overpayment of fees
  • Training cancelled by Wyatt Education Group
  • Withdrawal prior to commencement (written notice required)
  • Withdrawal prior to commencement due to illness or hardship (with evidence)
  • Failure of Wyatt Education Group to deliver agreed training services

e) Deposit

A deposit of no more than $1,500 is required to secure enrolment. Refer to the Course Flyer for the specific deposit amount applicable to your course.

🔒 Privacy Notice (AVETMISS & NCVER)
Under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, all RTOs must collect and submit AVETMISS-compliant data for the National VET Provider Collection, managed by NCVER. This data may be used to issue VET transcripts, administer the VET system, and inform government policy. Your information may be disclosed to ASQA, relevant Commonwealth and State authorities, and approved NCVER researchers. For more information, visit ncver.edu.au.

By submitting this form, I declare that:

  1. The information contained in this Enrolment Agreement Form is true and correct.
  2. I have read, understood and consent to the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and the Fee Payment and Refund Procedures.
  3. I acknowledge and agree with the terms and conditions of enrolment with specific reference to the RTO's enrolment and selection process.
  4. I consent to Wyatt Education Group providing my information to Australian Commonwealth and State Governments for the purpose of reporting.
  5. I understand that I will be required to pay a deposit with this Enrolment Agreement Form and that the administration fee component is non-refundable.
  6. By submitting this form, I give permission for the RTO to access my Unique Student Identifier for the purpose of my training.
  7. I understand that my rights and responsibilities as a student are outlined in the Student Handbook.
