Our refund policy sets out your fee entitlements clearly. If Wyatt is unable to deliver your course, you are entitled to a full refund. Domestic and international student obligations are fully disclosed.

Wyatt Education Group's refund policy complies with the ESOS Act 2000, the National Code 2018, and the Standards for RTOs 2025. Refund entitlements depend on who withdraws and when.
A bursary (partial scholarship) may be available on all courses. Contact our admissions team for details.
Send a written refund request to the RTO Manager at info@wyatt.nsw.edu.au, including your full name, student ID, and reason for withdrawal.
You will receive written acknowledgement within 5 business days confirming receipt of your request.
The RTO Manager calculates your refund entitlement based on commencement date and fees paid.
Approved refunds are processed within 28 calendar days of the written request to your nominated bank account.

In accordance with National Code 2018 Standard 3 and the ESOS Act 2000, the following refund schedule applies to international students holding a student visa (Subclass 500).
All fees and refund amounts on this page are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Under the National Code 2018, international students have a minimum 5 business day cooling-off period (cooling off period) after signing the Written Agreement. If you withdraw within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of tuition fees paid (excluding the non-refundable application fee).
If your student visa application is refused by the Department of Home Affairs, you are entitled to a full refund of tuition fees paid. You must provide Wyatt Education Group with written notice and a copy of the visa refusal letter. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving this documentation.
